Toni Kelly

About Toni: Toni Kelly, Founder & CEO, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Tennessee State University in 2009 and her Master of Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014. After completing extensive clinical requirements, she achieved her LCSW in 2021. Toni’s dedication and expertise continue to drive her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves. In her spare time Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children who are actively involved in recreational sports.

Professional Experience: Since 2009, Toni has been dedicated to serving in various social work fields, passionately supporting individuals from all walks of life. Her most fulfilling experience came while working at an inpatient psychiatric facility from 2019-2022. During this time, Toni embraced both the challenges and rewards of the role, enhancing her expertise in mental health and Neurocognitive Disorders. With her extensive experience, Toni possesses a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by women and BIPOC (black, indigenous, and other people of color) individuals. She is committed to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care, ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and supported on their mental health journey. Toni is licensed to work with clients residing in both Tennessee and Florida.

About Alissa:
Alissa Bloom is a dedicated and compassionate graduate student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, expected to receive her Master of Science in Social Work by May 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019.

Professional Experience: Since 2019, Alissa has worked with diverse populations, including youth, young adults, and adults, in various social work settings such as Residential Treatment Centers, Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals, and the Judicial System. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these groups.
